Digital communication protocol with fixed connectivity parameter

Abstract:
In the paper we perform problem-oriented study on new approaches to super stable telecommunication protocols development. We pay much attention to modeling and prototyping new protocols for distributed subscriber networks with no centralized provider. Introduced method of digital communication with fixed connectivity parameter gives substantial increase in network subscribers availability and, at the same time, decrease in transmitters power, in general electromagnetic noise, in power inputs needed. There is also no necessity in base stations. The problems discussed in the paper are of great importance with respect to innovative technologies progress in Russia, namely with respect to the State priority direction «Information and telecommunication systems». The results of the paper can be useful for development of the special software package for multiuser digital communication networks. This package implements telecommunication protocol taking into account subscribers - location. Thus we shall be able to make communication services cheaper or, for example, provide communication services in emergency.
