Mathematical and software multiprocessor computing systems in the problems of program-dependent processing of radio signals

Abstract:
Using high-performance hardware components could have a positive impact on the comprehensive metrological characteristics of measuring devices used to estimate the parameters of radio signals. The increase in the degree of integration of components allows for the digital device class «system on a chip» that combines on-chip digital filtering device, a robust statistical analysis and general-purpose CPU. The proposed method of statistical analysis can improve noise immunity of signal processing systems, and thus uses the components and design techniques supported by modern microelectronic industry. Practical implementation approach to create a system based on FPGA confirms the feasibility of its use in systems for processing of radio signals that require high precision.
