Abstract:
Accounting errors of radar measurements due to the inhomogeneity of the medium, can significantly improve the accuracy of trajectory measurements of the observed objects. In the article the method of calculating the corrections on the geophysical models of the atmosphere and the algorithms for calculating the trajectory of the radio beam. For the operation each observed object in real-time using interpolated corrections for the three-dimensional grid.
High accuracy of calculation of corrections is provided in the adaptation of models of the medium according to current measurements of its parameters. Errors of the corrections of elevation angle caused by difference of the current meteorological parameters from their average values (the model) are represented.
Three levels of information exchange in order to provide consumers with geophysical information intrasystem, intersystem and inter-specific are reviewed.
