Abstract:
On the basis of the analysis of tendencies of progress modern radio-electronic and computer facilities is offered appropriate steps of creation of the multipurpose distributed information-operating system of collective using, Including spacebased and airbased complexes of remote supervision it is offered claster approach when structural elements of a payload are placed on cooperating microsatellites. Condition of its harmonious joint progress of space, ground and air segments is the possibility of removal of the contradiction between growth of average service life of microsatellite in an orbit and acceleration of technical perfection (with transition to new generation) means of supervision and data transmission. This possibility is reached by return of space vehicles to the Earth for service (repair, modernization) after five (or less) years of operation. During progress and experimental working off of new technologies of supervision, processing and information transfer in interests of creation Russian segment of Global System of Earth Observation as well as information base for the federal program «the Electronic government», problems of checking of technical decisions providing in interests of the state, corporate and individual consumers tracking down, recognition, monitoring space, air, ground-based should solve. The reusable transport aerospace system introducing in space systems methods and experience of regular operation, repair and perfection of aviation technics can solve problems of space segment expluatation. Corporate and individual consumers tracking down, recognition, monitoring of space, air, ground-based, surface and underwater objects on the basis of gauges of the various physical nature and a type of basing, multiservice communication of 3-rd both 4-th generations and rendering of other services.
