The SHF receiver safety improvement implementation for both multi-channel phased arrays and active phased arrays is considered in this article. An equivalent replacement of the functional device group ( a safety system, a high-frequency filter, an electronic digital attenuator) in SHF receivers was performed by the small-sized cyclotron safety system development. As a result the safety system, the linear dynamic range, sensitivity and performance of the receiver were enhanced. These improvements upgraded both radar data and EMC Technical Document Specification requirements.
