Possibilities of the Improved Ionospheric Model to Obtain Conditions for Radio Wave Propagation

Abstract:
It is shown that improvements of the ionospheric model are possible using new independent statistics and new methods of getting and processing experimental data. Examples of such improvements are presented for main parameters describing propagation conditions. Sources of new statistics were found and accuracy of radio wave propagation condition prediction was estimated.
