In position laser measuring systems (LMS) the direct method of moving transformation to an electric signal is shown. However, some LMS which were used before did not possess sufficient accuracy because of instability and fluctuations of laser radiation. Three basic causes of peak errors occurrence in measurements by LMS are considered and the way of LMS construction, excluding possibility of occurrence in the given errors is offered. The new type of LMS with reflected beam (SRB) is described main principles and block schemes of SRB construction are resulted. The structure of optical system of SRB LMS is shown. The mathematical analysis of SRB LMS which is a basis of their designing is given.
