Computer simulation of two-dimensional temperature field was made in round wire conductor section at tarnishing. The influence of conductor oxidation process on its parameters was investigated. It was shown that scale rate of considered effect at exploitation radioelectronic devices differs according to the cross dimension of conductor and amperage and time in use.
