On the basis of the solution of electrodynamics boundary problem is described the finding of proper waves in one-dimensional periodic structures. This indicates that the dispersion dependences, corresponding to the proper waves of such structures, have a complex type: frequency zones, responding to the waves propagating without any attenuation, are alternated with zones where the complex waves exist. These results may serve as the basis for the development of a new frequency dividers theory, and also they may be used in other fields of physics.
