Abstract:
This article describes the findings of the research made in the far-eastern coastal regions where a complex climate-forming process is at work on "land-ocean" border line. The article presents the main radio meteorological factors and physical mechanisms contributing to the specific fluctuation of the signal in various seasons and hours.
