On the basis of the analysis of experimental data of correction of effect wave long range interactions by means of optical devices the possible phisical mechanism of this phenjmenon is offered. In some cases correction of developments leads to strong increas life time individualse which have undergone to radiation that was transformed by the optical device. The model which describes this effects from the point of view of correction of an electromagnetic wave is offered.
