Abstract:
Double-sided boundary conditions for electromagnetic fields with arbitrary time dependence on the surface of thin-walled isotropic conductive shell in the presence of extraneous currents on the surface of the medium were received. Displacement currents were taken into account. Averaged boundary conditions in potential approximation were derived.
