Abstract:

Problem statement. Managing the spatial development of a region is a complex multi-level process that requires consideration of many interrelated factors, such as geographical features, socio-economic situation, budgetary constraints, and interaction with neighboring regions. Existing decision support systems (DSS) face problems with data distortion when transferring between management levels, as well as insufficient coordination between departments.

Goal. Development of a conceptual model of an information decision support system (ISMS) for managing the spatial development of a region, providing data collection, storage, analysis and visualization.

Results. The study of the subject area, the research and design of the conceptual model of the IPMPPR, the design of the system architecture based on the C4 methodology and the formalization of work with indicators of spatial development of the region to form a data warehouse.

Practical significance. The implementation of the proposed solutions will contribute to improving the efficiency of regional spatial development management through the introduction of modern digital tools and data-driven management methods.
