Abstract:
In the article main complexities of HRV method was considered. Key questions of repeatability of spectral domain measures are noted and existing approaches for medical data standardization were discussed. Different methods for artificial time series generation were compared. Advantages and drawbacks for artificial heart period modeling in frequency domain were presented. Improvements and validation on real data were done.
