The article presents the results of the development of a method for assessing the patient's health level, taking into account Fick's first law (diffusion equation) and the information and measurement system implementing it.
Goal – the purpose of the article is to create a system for assessing and monitoring the health status of the population, including taking into account the impact of the environmental situation in their area of residence.
The distinctive features of the proposed method and system are the use of zoning of the residential area depending on the quality of the environment and the determination of the diffusion coefficient based on it, which characterizes the dynamism of changes in controlled parameters. As well as the operational management of controlled parameters based on the analysis of the mismatch of planned and actual values of controlled parameters.
The proposed methods and means in the Health system provide real-time monitoring of a person's health status, taking into account their area of residence, and thereby justify the choice of therapeutic and preventive measures, if necessary.
