The development of a health monitoring system for patients diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (PH). To optimize the delivery of medical care, the introduction of a remote personalized health monitoring system for PH patients in the context of their daily activities is proposed. The use of remote monitoring systems, combined with the analysis of individual dynamic patterns of clinically significant indicators in pulmonary hypertension, can enhance the accuracy of early exacerbation detection, enable timely therapy adjustments, and improve long-term clinical outcomes.
The aim of the study is to develop an intelligent platform for remote monitoring of the condition dynamics in patients with pulmonary hypertension, aimed at the early detection of pathological changes.
The study provides scientific justification for integrating a remote monitoring system into the daily lives of patients with PH. The proposed system ensures continuous tracking of key physiological parameters outside the clinical setting, which positively impacts treatment quality, reduces the number of emergency visits, and increases patients’ autonomy in managing their health. The clinical significance of remote health monitoring in predicting the risk of disease exacerbation in PH patients is substantiated. A model and method have been developed to predict the early stages of clinical deterioration in individuals with PH. The model and method proposed and described in this study for predicting the initial stages of clinical deterioration in PH patients serve as the foundation for an intelligent remote monitoring system that contributes to enhancing the efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery.
