The organization of management of the movement of medical material flows is a multidimensional problem, as a result of which the use of any one theory or method is insufficient. This necessitates the application of the concept of building modular systems, where each individual module is based on its own theoretical platform, taking into account the specifics of performed operations in the medical field.
Objective – development of a system for managing medical material flows using fuzzy logic and fuzzy cognitive maps.
The structure of a medical subject area model using fuzzy sets is proposed. Key algorithms for designing specialized software are described in detail. A modeling technology using mathematical tools of fuzzy cognitive maps is formulated, allowing the creation of complex multidimensional intelligent decision support systems in the medical field.
The developed software package has been implemented in the activities of a medical institution and provides management with advisory support on issues of rational distribution of material resources and optimization of the workload of medical personnel.
