Abstract:

The development of modern technologies and the increasing need to assess the condition of the human musculoskeletal system and the interaction of its elements during walking necessitates the development of specialized systems and complexes that provide information for the diagnosis of functional disorders at the early stages of their development. The study of human posture in the frontal plane during movement is an important aspect of the diagnosis of spinal disorders and the development of methods for their correction. Existing methods for assessing posture have limitations due to the lack of integration of real-time motion analysis technologies.

The purpose of the work is development of a hardware and software complex for studying human posture in the frontal plane when walking to analyze the kinematics of spine movement using modern technological solutions.

The scientific substantiation of the need to create a hardware and software complex for the study of posture in the frontal plane has been carried out. The structure of the complex including sensors for recording motion parameters has been developed. Algorithms for analyzing the data obtained during the study are described. Methods of visualizing the results in real time to improve the diagnosis of postural disorders are proposed.

Examples of the use of a hardware and software complex in clinical practice and sports medicine are presented. Practical significance. The developed hardware and software package and the proposed methodology for studying posture allow for a detailed analysis of human movement in the frontal plane, use the data to develop personalized programs for rehabilitation and correction of posture, improve the accuracy of diagnosis of posture disorders and prevent their progression.
