Abstract:

The work is devoted to the problem of system analysis of human behavior. It is known that behavior reflects the interaction with the environment inherent in all living beings, including humans, mediated by their external and internal activity. In this sense, behavior can be considered as the ratio of the environment organization and the organization of processes within a living organism, and, therefore, the study of behavior always requires a systematic approach. Theory of functional systems P.K. Anokhin and the concept of systemic quantization of behavior by K.V. Sudakov showed their high efficiency as a methodological basis for studying behavior. So, in accordance with the concept of quantization, the entire continuum of behavioral activity can be divided into separate system segments - system quants, which have all the features of a functional system and are characterized by their result. The fact that, in relation to the human body, the result, as a rule, is in the external environment, allows us to consider all human actions aimed at shaping the result as adaptive behavior. The system quantum as a systemic unit of human behavior has two circuits of regulation, which are combined into one self-regulating system aimed at achieving a result. The outer contour of regulation is behavioral, as it is represented by the mechanisms of human sensory and motor activity. The inner contour of regulation is represented by the mechanisms of vegetative maintenance of behavior. Then the achievement of the desired result of behavior is ensured by "coupling" the regulatory mechanisms of these circuits. At the same time, it is the result that is the system-forming factor of the system quantum of behavior, since it unites its individual system components into a single whole. These properties of a system quantum allow one to move from a qualitative description of the behavioral mechanisms to a description of it in terms suitable for rigorous mathematical descriptions, up to the creation of appropriate information models.

The purpose of the work is to develop a method for quantitative assessment of the system quantum of human behavior.

Based on the concept of system quantization, an information model of a system quant has been developed and presented, which makes it possible to quantify the system organization of functions at the time of achieving a useful adaptive result of human behavior. For the mathematical description, a vector interpretation of the data was used. It is shown that the modulus and direction of the vector are integral characteristics, which can be used to judge the change in the organization of the system-quantum of behavior in the process of achieving the result.

This technique can be used to analyze systemic changes in the body in a situation of stress and psycho-emotional stress, sports and labor activity of a person.
