The investigation of the ultrasound effect on medicinal preparations is an important problem since currently it has a sufficiently wide application in medical practice. One of the factors limiting the combined use of drugs and ultrasound is the possibility of their destruction and changes in pharmacological properties under the influence of ultrasonic vibrations. The article presents the results of experimental investigation of the low-frequency ultrasound effect on trental. Used for therapeutic purposes trental helps to reduce blood viscosity, improve cerebral circulation, and reduce the concentration of fibrinogen. Trental 2% aqueous solutions were tested. Carried out spectral and comparative analysis of control and experimental samples subjected to ultrasound treatment. Experimentally established that the spectral characteristics of the trental solutions under study for the experimental and control samples are practically identical.
The results of IR spectrums analysis of the above-mentioned substances solutions indicate that there were no changes in their structure. Concluded that in trental under exposure to the low-frequency ultrasound, the chemical bonds were not broken down and the substance composition did not change. The obtained results permit to use the low-frequency ultrasound jointly with trental in order to create new medical technologies, for example, in cosmetology and surgery.
