Abstract:

The search for luminescent markers for molecular and cellular biology is an urgent and socially important task, the solution of which leads to the birth of new methods of luminescence analysis, which has important advantages. For example, their sensitivity can reach 10-10 mol/l, which is a high indicator for physic-chemical and biophysical methods of analysis. External electromagnetic effects initiate the manifestation of the spectral features of the studied medium hidden under the noise emission of own radiation. At the same time, the detection of secondary radiation, comparable to its own, is problematic, even with the use of radiometers. The detected luminescence is observed in the resonant state of water-containing media, which consists in the excitation of correlated oscillations of molecular and cluster oscillators at their own characteristic frequencies in the IR and microwave range. This is a fundamentally important step in the field of identification of substances, detection of small concentrations of substances, control of changes in the substance, determination of the purity of substances.

The aim of this work is to analyze the peculiarities and results of experimental studies of the discovered excitation of selective radiation by molecular water-containing and biological structures in contact with the micro-edge surface of the applicator made of natural mineral or artificial material under the influence of low-intensity IR or optical radiation.

Luminescence of bio liquid films on the micro-edge surface of water-soluble applicators made of natural minerals or artificial materials was detected. For the first time, secondary radiation of water-containing and biological molecular structures in the microwave range of electromagnetic waves under the influence of low-intensity radiation from the near-IR range on these media was detected experimentally.

The obtained results can be introduced into medical diagnostics and luminescence analytical practice in scientific research. High sensitivity of the method allows to record the smallest transformations of substances. It is equally important that the luminescence of intermediate molecular compounds opens up the possibility of revealing the mechanisms of chemical reaction.
