Abstract:

The assessment of the functional state of the heart and cardiovascular system has acquired special relevance today, as the quality of diagnosis is now experiencing a steadytrend towards deterioration. This dictates the relevance and need to find new, deep research methods, understandable to the doctor and fast in time, but based on physics, fundamental laws and the accumulated empirical experience of recognized diagnostic methods, in particular, such as electrocardiography.

This article presents a method for assessing the functional state and adaptive capabilities of the heart, based on mathematical processing of electrocardiography data – a comparison of the work of heart (mJ/g/min) (Qt fragment) and metabolic support (mJ/g/min) (PQ fragment) of the standard electrocardiogram, to obtain data on the effectiveness of the heart work (%) and its adaptive capabilities by performing a Genchatest (breath-holding) during the ECG registration. Also developed a method of early detection disturbances of conduction along the bundle branch, produced through the analysis of changes in energy performance (dE/dt) of the QRS fragment of the standard electrocardiogram.
