The results of the heart rate variability indicators analysis of foreign students from the preparatory faculty of the medical University in terms of active orthostatic test are presented. Most of the surveyed had atypical dynamics of many statistical, geometrical and spectral characteristics of HRV, indicating violations of the regulation mechanisms.
