Abstract:

The systematic exercise stresses bound to occupations basketball considerably raise indicators of a functional condition of vestibular fastness and quality of function of equilibrium of maintenance of a body in space. Occupations competitive activity, worsen indicators of function of equilibrium and a functional condition of vestibular fastness at the sportswomen playing basketball from level "above an average" to level "average". In group not of sportswomen depression of the studied indicators to "below an average" level is observed. Maintenance of vertical position of a body in space in group of basketball players is carried out not only on the basis of vestibular and proprioceptive sensitivity, but also with obligatory participation of visual control.

Including of the central mechanisms in a regulation of maintenance of vertical position of a body in space considerably improves indicators of vestibular fastness and quality of function of equilibrium of maintenance of a body in space at the girls playing professionally basketball.
