Abstract:
The General trend of the formation of Western science, formed at the turn of XVI-XVII centuries is connected, on the one hand, with the mechanism (mutation rationalistic European philosophy after experiencing the Renaissance of esoteric trends) that blur the boundary between natural and artificial, on the other - with reductionism, which reduces complex phenomena to simple. Bioengi-neering is the result of such development in Biomedicine. This approach acquires the features of a clearly unfriendly in relation to man. Introduction to the biomedical Foundation of the methodology of the anthropic principle will allow for a demarcation line be-tween research value for the study of human and other animal studies. Such restriction is especially important in the field of neuros-cience, as the results of neuroscience research on animals are very often the source of incorrect extrapolations in the humanitarian sphere. The applicability of the anthropic principle as an approach in biomedical research requires relevant philosophical ontology (better dimensionally ontology of Frankl), and consistent with her particular scientific (psychological, psychiatric and other) research.
