Abstract:
In work it is provided experimental data that the stress factor - pain stimulation of an extremity in situation of learning or without it causes in a new cortex and in other structures of a brain activation of an EEG in the form of the depression of amplitude of slow fluctuations of potentials, background and late components of evoked potentials, increasing of frequency or tonic inhibition of action potentials of neurons and weakening of inhibitory pauses and post inhibitory activation, i. e. a disinhibition. The GABA neurotransmitter system and medicinal preparations on its basis realize prophylaxis and treatment of a distress, weakening an ac-tivation and a disinhibition of neurons. A training of inhibition of behavior, acquisition of new knowledge and abilities, normalizing balance of excitation, inhibition and disinhibition in a CNS, increase resistance to stress of an organism.
