Abstract:
Biofeedback (adaptive cardiorespiratory training - CRT) was used for diagnostic of patients with ecological, psychological or so-ciological stress. Target of research was to drop pathology symptoms of cardio-vascular and respiratory systems of veteran-s or-ganism, diagnostic and recovery cardiorespiratory synchronization. There was admitted, that the CRT cycle, which contains a few tens of two-minute probes, is needed for achievement of positive dynamics. New regularities with therapeutic and prophylactic effect of CRT open the huge opportunity of usage at autonomic dysfunction, psychosomatic pathology which could be caused because of poor environmental factors, especially for prevention and for early stages of pathological conditions. With formation of lost natural interaction of respiratory and cardiovascular systems, there is a normalization of the arterial pressure, heart rate, localization and index of alpha rhythm in the EEG, functional activity of the cortex. Decreases anxiety, improves objective and subjective assessment of patients etc. Psychophysiological technology of biocontrol of own physiological rhythms is a process of patient understanding and awareness of own different vital functions. They are informing patient about their states. So, patient can control them according to intended medical purpose. Environmentally safe biofeedback technology with oscillatory feedback - this is correction of rhythms of the autonomic nervous system and brain rhythms with periodically changing the "activation" and "inhibition" of controlled functions within individual phy-siological norm.
