The synthesis method of hybrid fuzzy decision-making models for the state assessment and biotechnology systems control

Abstract:
The paper proposes a method for the synthesis of hybrid fuzzy decision rules state assessment and controls of biotechnical systems. This method is characterized by vague and incomplete description of the test class with a significant area of their intersection in the space of informative features. It is shown that for sufficiently robust classification status of these systems it is advisable to use soft computing methodology of aggregation of fuzzy hybrid models in uniform groups of decision rules. This article is studyingthe conditions of usingthe fuzzy modifications group method, the measurement theory of latent variables, Wald-s sequential procedure, the conditions of separating hyperplanesand standardsin hybrid fuzzy classifiers and control problems. Showing examples of using the proposed synthesis strategy in medicine on problems of forecasting after operative complications in urology, forecasting and early diagnosis of heart disease; assess the level of emotional stress and fatigue; Forecasting, early and differential diagnosis of diseases caused by the influence of harmful environmental factors specific to the Kursk region, etc. For all the solution of social problems of confidence in the correct forecast is greater than the level of 0.85, and in the diagnosis of problems - the level of 0.9, which allows you to assign tasks practical implementation of the results already obtained and appropriate search for new directions of research.
