Abstract:
Melanoma - is one of the malignant tumors. In connection with this clinic melanoma questions remain highly relevant. It is currently under intensive search for rational forms of detection and primary prevention of melanoma, improved diagnostics. One of the most important aspects of skin melanoma is to improve early diagnosis, thereby increasing the effectiveness of treatment. Literary analysis showed that the main clinical signs of skin melanoma is the border, asymmetry, color, maximum diameter and their temporal dynamics. These clinical signs can be completely described by such diagnostic parameters such as: square, color, border, border sharpness and shape. An analysis of clinical signs of pigmented skin lesions finding algorithms were developed color pigmentation intensity contour form field boundaries, the probability of malignancy, as well as software for finding the parameters of pigmented skin lesions. On the basis of the flow chart of the method of automated analysis and software developed software interface for automated complex rapid diagnosis of pigmented skin lesions.
