Abstract:
In the work the analyze the possibility and nature of oligodendroglial reactions of a central nervous system on the electromagnetic field of spike propagating along axon. The reaction chain effects of electromagnetic fields on myelin state was elucidated. The most important role of axon function in the dynamic formation and further maintenance of the appropriate form of the myelin sheath of axons was discovered. The signs of the substrate material in oligodendroglial re-sponse on the EMF-field propagating along the axon spike were found and investigated the mechanisms of this. It is shown that the myelin sheath may be a kind of memory substrate marks on the neuronal level which may have, in particular, important in the understanding of mechanisms relevant pathologies, such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.
