Convergence of NBIC-technologies (of nanotechnologies with biomedical, information technologies and cognitive sciences)form new complex objects of cognition, which include components of different types - chemical, physical, biological, technical, informational, and social [1]. The article systematizes epistemological problems that are conditioned by the interdisciplinary character of the study. Methodology of information-technological epistemology, in particular, the systemic-information approach, allows to solve problems created by different types of rationality and conflict of interpretations. [2]. Thus, the information-technological approach proved its efficiency in social studies of neurovisualization. [3]. Information-technological epistemology, which includes cognitive science, can become the basis for the formation of transdisciplinary rationality that corresponds to the essence of NBICS-convergence and that implies the existence of different levels of reality [4].
