Abstract:
The research was conducted on the students studying in secondary schools №14 and №95, Kazan, belonging to I and II health groups. The definition of stages of sexual maturation were conducted by the method of J. Tanner. Catecholamines were determined in batch and urine daily. 17-ketosteroids (17-KS) and 17-oxycorticosteroid (17-OCS) was determined on the spectrophotometer and photoelectrocolorimeter. In boys 1214 years (III and IV stage of puberty) excretion of metabolites of androgens (17-KS) during the school year is seasonal: the decrease of its intensity in winter and increase in spring. Detected age increased excretion of norepinephrine (NE), and against this background, reducing its the end of the school year. On the one hand, this indicates an increase in the activity of the neural level the sympathetic-adrenal system (SAS) in this age, and the other - the low efficiency of its functioning in the course of educational ac-tivity of teenagers. Excretion of corticosteroids (17-ОCS) to the end of the school year is increased, indicating that the voltage of pi-tuitary-adrenal system. Girls 11-15 years excretion of NE has a stable character as a result of an earlier maturation of nerve unit SAS. However, the allocation of 17-ОCS by the end of the school year is declining, especially in the age of 13-14 years (IV and V stage of puberty). Probably the danger of depletion of glucocorticoids and excessive catabolic effects on the body warned the girls by the interim regulatory inhibition of the synthesis of the hormone.
