Abstract:
The possibility of creating intelligent speech synthesizer (ISS) for patients with impaired sound pronunciation due to an organic lesion of the speech areas of the brain (eg, cerebral palsy), allows the patients to not only communicate with other people, but also solves the problem of rehabilitation by muscle stimulation of articular apparatus through stimulation of the motor articulatory cortex using a recognized brain control commands and signals directly to the unit articular muscle movements of a healthy person (coach), forming the primary vocabulary ISS (written words and their respective coach\'s brain signals), which is refined and updated in the course of the patient\'s individual work with your ISS. Patient сommunication with other people is due to text and audio playback his speaking on the basis of the analysis of brain activity signals and isolating them from the brain of control commands to the synthesis and playback stored in the ISS speech units.
