Abstract:
The results of measuring the dielectric properties of water in the frequency range 8.5-10.5 GHz, shows their dispersion. Shows characteristic portions of the frequency range that may be indicative of the state of the water in the study of the influence of the microwave to the biological activity of plants, algae and bacteria.
