Abstract:
The search for new efficient methods of treatment of degenerative diseases of the external genitalia remains one of the priorities of modern gynecological science. The authors propose the innovative technology of surgical treatment of degenerative diseases of the cervix, vagina and vulva driven shock-wave impact on the pathological tissue. In article the description of the functional block diagram of the Complex, providing on the surface of the biological tissue excitation of elastic acoustic waves generated during the explosion is applied on the surface of the biological tissue of microparticles containing unbound water at their laser irradiation. When using the Complex component of the thermal damage of biological tissue is minimal. Besides the application in gynecological practice, the designed system can be used in other areas of medicine (otorhinolaryngology, dermatology, urology, maxillofacial surgery, cosmetology, etc.).
