Abstract:
The influence of low-intensity microwave radiation at a frequency of 1 GHz, the energy flux density of 100 nW/cm2 level in mo-nonuclear leukocytes (MNCs) of whole blood of individual factors of the mitogen-activated / stress-activated (MARK/SAPK) signaling pathways. It is shown that a single irradiation of cell cultures of whole blood a day after exposure is accompanied by a statistically significant change in MNC key component of MAPK/SAPK signaling pathway. In post-clinical phase of acute infectious inflammatory process is more pronounced change in the MNC of the MAP3K1 protein kinase and phosphatase PP2CA. In contrast, in irradiated MNCs of control group the content МЕК1 and p38α was increased more significantly than the base. The increase of the content in the irradiated cells, MAP2K4 and TRAF2 was comparable in the study and control group.
