Abstract:
In the article the concept and the approaches suggested by the authors at the beginning of the twenty-first century for develop «cyber heart» are considered. Not only on the visualization of its realistic 3D-images as static or dynamic reconstructions of CT scans, is already widely used to date, was focused attention. A distinctive feature of it is functional «revival» of the model with introduction of a realistic electromechanical activity data which are obtained on the real object by further electrophysiological studies - ECG or EKTG. This is the first time allows to use of the «revival cyber heart» not only as a high-tech anatomical atlas, which are well-known computer reconstruction, but also to determine the localization of functional disorders in specific individual cases with its help. We can claim to offer a new generation of diagnostic methods and techniques cardiology. In the work the complex of the original approaches to the possible solution the tasks of expert computer simulation of cardio dynamic with the help of neural networks methods is offered, namely: simulation of the direct cardiodynamic task for all myocardium in whole: the parameters definition of extra cells fields in specific space area on known radiants distribution; and inverse task: the definition of space localization of radiants on known extra cells parameters of an extra cells field. The solution of the task would allow to make a significant pitch in visualization of an image of the myocardium dynamics on ECTG and ECG.
