Dynamics of functional status in women of different age groups depending on the lateral behavioral profile asym-metry

Abstract:
In the article the results of research devoted to the study of functional state of organism of women of reproductive pre - and menopausal age groups in terms of heart rate variability. Research was conducted on the basis of the Scientific research Institute of obstetrics and Pediatrics, Rostov-on-don. The study involved 685 women. Which were divided into age groups. Recorded ECG signal in the supine position in the second standard lead. Recording duration was 5 minutes. Registration of the ECG signal were carried out in a state of active orthostasis. The dependence of the indicators of adaptability of the regulatory systems of age and behavioral profile of lateralization asymmetry. Revealed that women of reproductive age with right lateral behavioral profile asymmetries have more favorable indicators of functional status, whereas women with left lateral phenotype often registered its degradation and the formation of premorbid status. The change of body position in space contributes to a significant improvement of functional status in women with ambidextral left profile. Whereas left-handers in the loading conditions, the most maladaptive. In the study of women premenopausal period, the data showed that physical activity causes an ambiguous changes in the cardiovascular system, with the majority of representatives of this age group have seen a deterioration in functional status. The most negative changes are observed in women with left lateral behavioral profile asymmetries and ambidextral profile. When studying subgroups of women menopausal period recorded that the characteristics of the reaction of the regulatory systems are determined baseline levels of indicators of adaptability of the regulatory systems and lateral behavioral profile asymmetries.
