Abstract:
The main methodological limitations of electrocardiographic studies sensitivity related to the standard preprocessing procedure of electrocardiosignal (ECS). A proposed methodology of the use of parallel channels for processing of biomedical signals allowing to minimize the distortion of time-amplitude signal informative features in the process of interference eliminating. Based on the analysis of groups of methods for detection of early signs of electrophysiological changes in the myocardium, such as ECS ST-segment parameter estimation, T-wave alternans evaluation, elongation and dispersion of interval QT evaluation, assessment of heart rate turbulence, assessment of late ventricular potentials of the heart on the basis of high resolution electrocardiography, assessment of heart rate variability parameters have been developed recommendations for the formation of separate ECS processing parallel channels for the different classes of methods and the requirements to them.
