Abstract:
 One of the promising ways to improve the correlation, spectral and other types of statistical analysis is the development of adaptive techniques suitable for the study of a fairly broad class of Biomedical signals. Modern methods of processing bioelectric signals (BES) are implemented on a computer, or a microprocessor technology, thus their cost and complexity is mainly determined, the structure and the number of operations performed. The best way allows you to quickly solve these problems, ie in real time, it is the correlation - spectral analysis based on the modified method of interval conditioned medium. In this paper, the algorithm of the adaptive correlation analysis method based on interval conditioned medium (MIS). Evaluation of the normalized spectral density (NSP) is performed by a discrete Fourier transform of weighted conditional mean. The developed algorithm modification of the method of interval conditioned medium is adaptive to the mean density of the distribution of the studied process, which significantly (300-500 times) reduce the duration of the analysis of age, the amount of com-putation and simplify program operation.
