Abstract:
The object of this work is to examine the human-s heart rate variability (HRV) and arterial pressure on light exposure in the area of maximum light sensitivity of its own photosensitive retinal ganglion cells. The study involved 14 SamSMU student volunteers at the age of 18-20. The research was doing in 7.00.?9.00, in January, 2015. Lighting in the room at eye level of test persons was on the average 135 Lk, and brightness - 400 cd / m2. The research report: recording the background values of HRV for 5 minutes (I stage); recording HRV parameters for 5 minutes in the period of exposure to the retina of \"Devices for normalization of biorhythms\" [4, 5]
(II stage); recording parameters of HRV for 5 minutes after light exposure on the retina (III stage). During all three stages, the test persons sat motionless in a chair EEG with their eyes open. The electronic device for adequate stimulation of melanopsin-containing retinal ganglion cells is a device that emits light output in the visible spectrum of light - 478±8 nm. Band diapasons of adjustable brightness and brightness of the light flux are: min - 140 Lk / 145 cd / m2; max - Lk 1650/875 cd / m2.
Data obtained in this study indicate the presence of second-year students at the SamSMU of psychological stress [2].The sharp response of slowing the heart rate response during the light expose radiation is set in 478±8 nm. Duration of RR interval on the
II (861,14 ± 33,62 ms, p < 0,05) and III (849,88 ± 29,76 ms) stages increased in relation to the background (812,77 ± 29,71 ms). The percentage of low-frequency oscillations of the HRV spectrum increased from 45,56 ± 4,78% to 57,76 ± 5,84% (p < 0,05), and high-frequency decreased. Stage II (108,44 ± 2,07 mm Hg) and III (109,22 ± 2,84 mm Hg) phases decreased the value of systolic pressure (p < 0,01). Projection of photosensitive retinal ganglion cells caudal SCN, the ventral subparaventricular zone can provide direct inputs from the melanopsin-containing retinal ganglion cells to neurons of the hypothalamus that controls the autonomic information flow [1, 3]. Adequate stimulation of the circadian system is corresponded by agility of neurogenic regulation of cardiac activity as a change in tone of para- and sympathetic regulation. The possibility of rapid correction of human-s vegetative background with the help of new source of light emission in 480 nm opens up opportunities for research of hormonal, physiological and behavioral responses and their practical importance for the treatment of desynchronoses.
