Abstract:
The article highlights three layers of I.M. Sechenov-s scientific heritage: neuro-physiological theory, methodology of scientific cognition and philosophy of mind. The article substantiates the need of creative development of Sechenov-s ideas in artificial intelligence and neuroscience. The article defines prospects for interpretation of artificial neural networks as formal models for the study of society and human behavior. In the article it is proved that neurocomputer paradigm that considers information processes under a certain angle and in certain formalisms, can serve as a means for solving many problems of sociology, economics, political science, management, cultural studies. The article shows that it is possible to consider the organization as \"neural network\". You can also consider the decision-making process as the process of training the neural network. You can also consider the social or political networks as a special neural network architecture. You can also consider the work of the scientific Symposium as a self-learning neural network.
