This introduction paper is the review of the purposes and structure of the XI International Interdisciplinary Congress "Neuroscience for Medicine and Psychology" and science School "Recent developments in the psychological, physiological and medical neuro research" (2-12 June 2015, Sudak, Crimea, Russia). Scientific-theoretical and applied results of the Congress are important extremely for improve population neural health in the information society era. Inter-disciplinarity of most works makes them interesting for technical specialists in the medical engineering area for development of medical therapeutic, diagnostic and auxiliary equipment of the new generation, and for development of experimental equipment.
