Effect of non thermal coherent irradiation in millimeter diapason on DNA structure of tumorous tissue in vivo

Abstract:
In vivo effect of non thermal coherent millimeter electromagnetic waves (MM EMW) with 50.3GHz (which coincides with resonant frequencies of oscillations of water molecular structures) and 48.3GHz (which does not coincide with resonant frequencies) frequencies on DNA primary and secondary structures of liver of healthy rats as well as sarcoma 45 tumor carrying rats has been studied. It was shown that under the effect of MM EMW with 50.3GHz during 60min, the content of 5-methylcytosine, the melting parameters (temperature and interval) and the form of differential melting curve of DNA of sarcoma 45 tumors are changed and approached to respective values of DNA extracted from the liver of healthy animals. According to experimental data of MM EMW in vivo effect on DNA from the liver of healthy animals, it may be maintained that MM EMW toxic influence on experimental animals with sarcoma 45 without anti-tumorous preparations is non-significant.
