Abstract:
The virtual medical organization (VМО) is the new association generated on the basis of the general access to medical resources (to the equipment, technologies, details-analytical, etc.), given by the independent medical organizations. Being partners these organizations together are responsible for in common solved problems, and coordination is carried out with the organization «initiator».
Within the limits of the organization of uniform information space VМО of one of the basic technical problems the problem of creation of a network infrastructure is. It should provide effective interaction between the organizations - founders VМО and to meet the requirements of a transparency, opennesses and scalabilities.
At integration of the heterogeneous removed medical appendices executed on various hardware-software platforms, into large virtual medical systems it is the extremely important to reduce their interdependence due to, so-called, weak linkage that will allow to support an opportunity of adaptation of system to change of appendices united by her. In this case for fast and reliable data transmission of a changeable format it is possible to take advantage of the approach called as an exchange by messages.
The exchange of messages is a technology of high-speed asynchronous interaction between program appendices with a guarantee of delivery of the information. Appendices cooperate among themselves, exchanging the packages of data named by messages, transferred through the channel - the logic route uniting the programs and used for transportation of messages.
The functional part of an exchange of messages is provided with the separate program system named by system of an exchange by messages, focused on an exchange of messages (Message-oriented middleware - MOM).
In work one of the major questions connected with development МОМ, - routing of messages is considered. One of the most effective forms of support of routing of messages - a router on the basis of contents (Content-Based Router - CBR), which directs the message in the proceeding channel depending on used criterion on contents of the message.
