Abstract:
Further development of methods and tools integrated hronomagnitoterapy whose prospects were described in an article last year, it is proposed to carry out in accordance c five main principles. The first three of them are aimed at improving the formation of multi-parameter and complexly distributed in time and space with a flexible magnetic influence his biotropic independent control parameters of the structure in different areas around the patient and synchronization biorhythms. Fourth very important and relevant is the principle objective implements, operational, remote monitoring and diagnostics of the functional status of the patient, in particular, his respiratory and cardiac activity during a session hronomagnitoterapy. Individual issues in this area by the authors was devoted several publications over the last ten years. In general research topics involves a number of tasks: find informative features in the response of the body's regulatory systems for magnetic effects; the development of automated methods and devices with a robust registration and processing changes of physiological parameters of the patient; development of the computerized database of patients and their diseases, a course of treatment methods in the complex «Multimag» recording history and current diagnostic indicators for possible correction of the magnetic effects; development of methods and devices contactless removal of diagnostic information to ensure patient comfort during the session hronomagnitoterapy; the development of highly intelligent radar systems, capable of working under strong electromagnetic interference and to provide useful signals on their background; development of methods and devices registration and selection of desired signals in the time-frequency informative parameters directly related to the body bioritmikoy and fast reactions to its effects. Considered approaches and objectives will enable the objective to organize ongoing monitoring of the patient during the session directly magneto without complicated procedures patient preparation, optimize the magnetic effects and improve the overall effectiveness of the treatment.
