Abstract:
The analysis of variance (ANOVA), for a long time has got the status of one of the most used methods of the statistical analysis in biology and medicine. The Purpose of the given work was use of the analysis of variance for an estimation of results of researches of quantity parameters of microbiological parameters of the covering tissues of the cosmonauts and candidates in cosmonauts at long space flights. Now in connection with increase in duration of space flights special importance is got with a problem of maintenance of infectious safety of members of crews is long operating orbital stations. The Opportunity of development of adverse changes in structure of automicroflora crews of spacecrafts has been confirmed at realization of numerous modelling researches with participation surveyed in confined habitat the limited volume. The application of the analysis of variance is shown at processing results of researches of microflora of participants of 18 expeditions on the International space station (ISS) and their doublers was studied. Within the limits of clinical-physiological inspections of research of bacterial microflora of the covering tissues spent on 60, 45, 0 day before start, during flight, on 0, 7 day after landing. The fence of tests was made from 12 biotopes. At studying quantitative structure of microflora of the covering tissues surveyed were considered the general microbiological parameters, quantity gram-positive gram-positive and gram-negative cocci and rods. Definition of specific structure in each group was spent by means of commercial biochemical the test-systems (Lachema). Statistical data processing was spent by the two-factorial dispersive analysis. The correctness of application of the analysis of variance is shown at an estimation of data about dynamics of quantity parameters of microbiological parameters of the covering tissues of the cosmonauts and candidates in cosmonauts at long space flights. The change of microflora of covering tissues of cosmonauts and candidates in cosmonauts testifies to periodic character of accumulation of potential of pathogenicity in system the person-microbe that reflects the general tendency of change of microflora of the person in confined habitat the limited volume. Carrying out of special actions on stabilization of microflora of cosmonauts and increases colonial resistence.
