Risk and safety in the training of biotechnical systems

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of accounting the internal risk of operators of «man-machine systems» in the development of training biotechnical systems. In «Introduction» proves the necessity of accounting for the internal risk of the person, as the person making the decision. In «Risk Homeostasis» introduces the concept of risk homeostasis as a result of the psychological condition consisting of the planned and perceived risk and justify the factors affecting the risk. In «Cognitive functions of the operator in the perception of risk factors» offered two models of transformation of visual information in the information model of the action in high-risk situations. In «Modeling of high-risk situations in the training systems» discusses needs for the development of the systems with cognitive functions. In «The representation as a unit of information» is considered one more question about the need to give systems with cognitive functions the ability to handle the information in terms of human thinking. In «Cognitive interface of the training systems» provides a definition of the cognitive interface and discusses some aspects of the development of such an interface In «Training systems for testing of emergency situations with biological feedback» proposed the use of biological feedback as a means of rehabilitation operators after the exercises related to modeling risk. In «Some of the principles of the new approach» postulated some principles for the development of training systems, taking into account individual cognitive features of the learner.
