Formation of the medical virtual organisation

Abstract:
The virtual organisation (IN) concerns time cooperation of the enterprises, for distribution of physical, human and information resources by means of information technologies. The virtual organisation gives the chance to members of the enterprises to share skills, expenses, access to other markets and, during too time, reduces risks of investments. For realisation of new generation of business model ability to form and operate virtual the enterprise is very important. In article experience on realisation improvement Multi-Agent Systems the simulating the artificial market of paid medical services for which some mechanisms of decision-making on various stages of life cycle of the virtual organisation are offered is stated. In article the report of negotiations and algorithm of a choice of the rate for agents is presented at formation of the virtual organisation. The given work organisation as follows. In the first section scenarios of work of the medical virtual organisation which is used as an example are entered. Then decision-making processes on various phases of life cycle are in detail described IN. In following section it is resulted: the coordination of the report for a formation phase, recursive algorithms of search (RBFS) in the course of a partner choice, display of function of utility of the agent, and also the penal policy for non-observance of obligations to the organisation.
