Abstract:
The task of developing of cardio equipment for the early diagnosis requires a comprehensive approach, in which need to be addressed as issues related to improving the resolution and reliability of electrocardiographic studies and integrated assessment of the problems of the human body as an integrate system.
A methodology for parallel processing of biomedical signals, allowing to minimize the distortion of amplitude and time parameters of informative signal in the process of interference eliminating is offered.
Integral methods of formation of amplitude and time parameters of informative electro cardiosignal elements allowing to 5-8 times increasing in resistance to random noise are presented.
The methods of evaluation of the functional state of the organism based on processing the signals of heart rate and respiration, extending the range of opportunities for assessing adaptive reserves in the methodology of control variability parameters of the body are offered.
A complex approach to the interpretation of the combined clinical and instrumental risk factors based on artificial neural networks is presented.
Increasing the resolution of electrocardiographic studies, intelligent data analysis techniques and joint consideration of medical measurement data of different nature makes it possible to fully and comprehensively assess the condition of the body and enhance the diagnostic and prognostic significance of the results.
